Concessionary purchase

Concessionary purchases from an immediate family member are acceptable to Accord. Maximum LTV is based upon the valuation. The maximum loan amount cannot exceed the discounted purchase price.

A solicitor's letter is required to confirm the reduced purchase price and name of vendor.
