Cash gifts towards the purchase of a property can  only be accepted if the individual providing the gift is a family member.

Immediate family is considered as the following:

• Mother
• Father
• Grandparents
• Siblings
• Child
• Grandchild.

 

We do not accept:

• Vendor deposits
• Long service pay awards and HM Forces Help to Buy (FHTP) Deposits.
