What to do if you are having problems registering or logging into your online account.
Important information: Please note we do not currently offer an online facility for Buy to Let customers.

You’ll need to provide your name and account number, answer some security questions and then you'll be asked to create a password to login in future.Register now
By registering for online services you are agreeing;
- to no longer receive a printed statement for any of your savings accounts. You can request a printed statement in future should you need one, by calling us.
- If you are an Offset customer, to these updated terms and conditions .
Click the 'Login' button which is in the top right hand corner of the page.
Enter your customer number or username on the first screen...
... followed by your date of birth and 3 characters from the password you created when you registered.
After you've logged in, you can set up a username using the menu option on the right under 'My details' - this can be used in place of your Customer Number when you login in the future (although both are valid to use for logging in).
To improve your online security, we'll ask you to enter some memorable security questions the next time you login.
I've forgotten my username/I don't have a customer number
If you’ve lost or forgotten your customer number or can’t remember the username you created, you can call our Online Support helpline on 0333 414 1105 and they will be able to help.
Your identity will need to be verified so it would be a good idea to have your account number to hand when you call.
I've forgotten my password
If you want to login but can’t remember your password, you need to click the 'forgotten your password' link on the Login page. You'll then be able to reset your password by providing your customer number or username, your date of birth and then completing our security checks.
