Once you receive your new offer please confirm acceptance by completing and returning the acceptance form to us.
Once we receive your acceptance form we will process your product transfer. Please note that where there is 14 days or less between us processing your acceptance and your current product ending, you may pay a higher payment. This is because we are required to provide 14 days’ notice of a payment change.
