What happens next

We are currently experiencing a high volume of requests and are therefore processing them in accordance with the relevant product maturity dates:

  •  If your client’s product matures at the end of this month, the request will be completed in time for the scheduled product switch date.
  • If the product matures after the end of this month, the request will be progressed in due course.

We will contact you by telephone or email should we require any further information.

If the request is approved, a revised offer will be issued by post.

Please note – if you have submitted this request fewer than 14 days prior to your current product maturity date your request will be rejected.
