IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR CUSTOMERS
On Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd of May we are upgrading our systems.
Between 3pm and 9pm (UK time) on Saturday, any credits into savings accounts will not show or be available to withdraw, until after 9pm. Any withdrawals made during this time will not be processed until Sunday 22nd.
On Sunday between 3am and 6am our online service will be unavailable, meaning you will not be able to log in or apply for a mortgage.
Please note the times shown are approximate. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Your property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
If you have a Buy to Let property, then alternatively a receiver may be appointed (except in Scotland) to receive the rent and/or to sell the property. After sale, you will remain responsible for the payment of any mortgage shortfall debt.
