How to register for Accord MSO portal
What you need to know before registering
Registering for Accord MSO online access is quick, easy and secure. Once you have finished setting up your online details, access into our new MSO portal will be immediate and you can start to submit business straightaway.
If your firm is already set up with us, please search using your FCA number. Your Firm’s name and address will auto-populate, along with any linked trading addresses. If the trading name and address you require is not active, call us and we we'll get this added for you, and you will be able to complete your registration with us.
MSO offers the functionality for administrator(s) to register and submit business on your behalf. You can choose to allow these permissions to specific administrators or to all of those registered at your firm. This can be managed by selecting “Manage Administrators” from the dropdown accessed by clicking on your name within the portal. If you are unsure if this has been setup correctly then you can call us and we'll be able to help.
We’re introducing a password and username reset option that can be managed by you. This will help avoid delays if you encounter an issue when trying to login into MSO. All you’ll need to do is answer one of the memorable questions that you set up during registration. If you can’t remember the answers to your memorable questions you will need to contact your sales team.
Please note: Don’t select the Supervisor option when you register. If you do, it could delay your registration as we will need to change your registration back to a broker role.
