Zero hours contracts income

Applicants who are on a zero hour contract will be accepted provided they have a minimum of 12 months evidence of sustainable earning on a zero hour contract basis, and fall into one of the following occupations:

• NHS bank Allied Health Professionals (Radiographers, Physiotherapists, Paramedics, Operating Department Practitioners, Speech & Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Dietitians)
• NHS locum clinical and clinical support staff

Non-NHS Zero Hour Roles in High Demand Sectors

• Agency nurses
• Agency health care assistant and support workers
• Domiciliary carers (home care)
• Care home workers (residential and nursing)
• Mental health support workers
• Learning disability and behavioural support workers
• Private hospital bank workers

Other Accepted Non-Healthcare Occupations

• HGV drivers
• Supermarket workers
• Retained/on call firefighters
• Armed Forces Reserves
• Supply teachers
