Borrowing more
Get some extra money to do the things you want to do
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
Borrow more on your YBS mortgage
Need money for home improvements or another big expense? One option might be to borrow more on your existing YBS mortgage.
Borrowing more means adding an extra loan as a new part of your mortgage. You can pay it back over the same term as your existing mortgage, or choose a different term.
In total, you could borrow up to 85% of the value of your property.
