You must provide the Tariff of Mortgage Charges Factsheet to your client(s) for all cases.
Mortgage Loan Terms and Mortgage Conditions
New Mortgage Loan Terms and Mortgage Conditions are only required if you are switching from Non-Offset to an Offset product or from an Offset to Non-Offset product - you must provide the relevant Mortgage Loan Terms and Mortgage Conditions to your client(s).
Offset to Non-Offset
If your client(s) are switching their mortgage product from an Offset to a Non-Offset product, you must also provide them with a copy of the current ‘Mortgage Loan Terms and Mortgage Conditions’ before proceeding.
