TRIO OF AWARDS FOR ACCORD
Accord Mortgages picked up three prestigious awards last night (Wednesday 18th November) recognising its customer service and the support it has offered brokers during the pandemic.
At the Mortgage Finance Gazette Awards, held via the publication’s website and social channels, the intermediary lender received the ‘Lender Customer Service / Treating Customers Fairly’ award which recognised the efforts of the Accord team to establish and maintain its strong reputation and continue to deliver support to the market throughout the Covid-19 pandemic.
Accord was also awarded the ‘Innovation Award – Lenders’ for the work done on the Accord Growth Series to create a new Covid-19 hub providing resources that would equip brokers with the tools they needed to adapt to the rapidly changing environment.
At yesterday’s Financial Adviser Service Awards, also held virtually, Accord picked up a 'Five Star' rating. Recognising the importance of quality service, the awards are considered to be the benchmark for service standards within the retail finance marketplace. Based on the ratings from financial intermediaries across a number of key criteria, this is the fourth year running Accord has achieved the top rating.

Whilst we would all love to have been together for the ceremonies, the virtual events have been a great opportunity to celebrate with our industry colleagues and recognise the incredible successes of the last year.
