WE’RE INCREASING OUR MAXIMUM AGE AND TERM

We’re pleased to let you know that we are changing our criteria for residential new lending. As from 30 October 2019 Accord is:

  • Increasing the maximum age at maturity for residential customers to 80 years from 75 years.
  • Increasing the maximum term for residential lending from 35 to 40 years

Please note – We are unable to amend cases which have reached DIP stage before the above criteria improvements were made. If you wish to take advantage of the new criteria, a new application will need to be submitted.
