Transaction confirmation service

The security of your online transactions is as vital to us as it is to you.

To verify your identity, we currently use your date of birth and your password. For your added protection and security when transacting online, we also have in place an additional security measure that uses the telephone to verify certain transactions.

How it works

Our transaction confirmation service works through an automated call at the time of transaction, to a phone number you have registered with us. This provides additional security at the point you carry out an online transaction.

The service involves a one-off verification code being shown on the website, which needs to be entered into the telephone keypad at the point of transaction. Please note not all transactions need this additional security so you may not see it every time.

You will be able to choose the number we call you on however numbers must have been registered to your online account in advance of the transaction so it’s important that you keep us up to date if your contact details change.
