How we supported our customer

When Haren Shah, Financial Controller at Jenga PLC approached us about the company’s latest strategy to refinance and capital raise, we were happy to take on the challenge.

 

The company have a mix of BTL and HMO assets, across 78 individual properties in a complex group structure. Our Senior Relationship Director Gaynor Morgan and Amy Bristow, Lead Completions Officer, offered outstanding service to meet the customer’s tight deadline. The new loan allowed Jenga PLC to capital raise and expand their portfolio.
