We're making changes across all our BTL product range

We're launching 14 new BTL products, reducing rates, extending end dates and withdrawing products from 6pm Friday 31st July

New BTL products

We're launching the following new BTL remortgage and house purchase products:

Remortgage:

  • 2 new 60% LTV remortgage deals will be available on 2 year terms with rates at 1.33% and 1.38% both with a £1995 product fee. Our 1.33% product includes the standard re-mortgage legal costs we've agreed with our recommended conveyancers.
  • 2 new 75% LTV remortgage deals will be available on 3 year terms with rates at 1.82% and 1.86% both with a £1995 product fee. Our 1.86% product includes the standard re-mortgage legal costs we've agreed with our recommended conveyancers.
  • 7 new 65% & 75% LTV remortgage deals will be available on 5 year terms with rates starting at 1.91%. Product fees available at either £495 or £1995 and on selected products we will pay the standard re-mortgage legal costs we've agreed with our recommended conveyancers.

House Purchase:

  • 1 new 60% LTV house purchase product will be available on a 2 year term at 1.39% with a £1995 product fee and £250 cash back.
  • 2 new 75% LTV house purchase deals will be available on 5 year terms with rates at 2.03% and 2.21%. Our 2.03% deal comes with £1995 product fee and £250 cash back and our 2.21% deal comes with £495 product fee.

All our BTL remortgage and house purchase products come with free standard valuation.

BTL rates going down

  • We're reducing rates on selected 65% & 75% LTV 2 year RM and HP by up to 0.16%.

BTL products being withdrawn and not replaced

  • We're withdrawing all our no product fee products from across the full BTL range.

BTL deals not changing

  • Nothing-all products are being updated with end dates being extended until 31st December.

The current products will be withdrawn at 6pm Friday 31st July and the new range launched at 8am Monday 3rd August.
