The application process for new business is online. Accord's focus is on quality lending to quality clients via quality partners. We offer mainstream, residential products only via selected partners who share our values – see the product page for a list of our current partners.

Application process - new business

Complete our online registration form to get access to KFIs, Lending Decisions and our online application.
We will email login details within 48 hours. You can then start to submit your applications.

Our Affordability Calculator gives an estimate of how much your client can borrow.
The calculator is quite detailed to ensure you get a more accurate result. Please note that the result is only an estimate and the Lending Decision may be higher or lower.

Provide as much information as possible: it all contributes to your client's overall score and could help you to achieve an immediate "Accept" - download our guide to find out more.
We'll also give you a "shopping list" of information we need to progress your application.

Complete this only after you've received an 'Accept' lending decision. Any 'Accept' Lending Decision is valid for 30 days. Should a full mortgage application not be submitted within this period, then any subsequent mortgage application must be preceded by a new 'Accept' Lending Decision.
The Full Mortgage Application enables you to reserve a product for your client on payment of a non-refundable Booking Fee. Full Mortgage Applications are valid for 90 days and those that do not reach offer stage for whatever reason within this period will expire. In such circumstances the booking fee is non-refundable. If a mortgage loan is still desired then a new lending decision will be necessary and so a further full mortgage application for a product available at that time must be submitted. That application would be subject to a new booking fee where applicable.
