Charles Canning is Accord's Managing Director. Charles has overall responsibility for the strategic direction of Accord and the development of the people working at Accord Prior to his role leading Accord, Charles held the position of Head of Branch Network at Yorkshire Building Society, responsible for all aspects of the Society's direct distribution. Charles has 20 years experience in the financial services industry, holding various senior posts within the YBS Group.

Iain Smith, Sales Director has over 18 years experience in the intermediary mortgage industry and previously managed Accord's sales team in Scotland and the north. Iain leads Accord's national field sales team of 31 plus the head office based telephone team. Iain is also a key player in developing Accord's corporate relationships with mortgage clubs and networks and broker firms.

Cate Hillis is Accord's Strategic Devleopment Director with 6 years experience in the intermediary mortgage market. Cate previously headed up the Product Development function at Preferred Mortgages. Cate is responsible for ensuring that our product and marketing strategies meet the needs of the ever-changing intermediary market.
