Accord Mortgages is the intermediary lender of Yorkshire Building Society. We provide the benefit of being part of a building society group along with the focus, knowledge and expertise needed to support the intermediary market. Every month we carry out a service survey asking for a score against 10 key service areas ensuring that we deliver the service commitment to you. The results of this survey are published on our website along with updated statistics around our 8 day offer standard. Add to this the support you can expect from our national sales team and you’ve got an unbeatable proposition.

In 2007, we achieved record service and won our first Finanical adviser service awards 5 star rating, along with a plethora of other service and technology awards. We have ensured our business continually evolves in order to support the changing needs of intermediaries, a case manager will contact you for every application, acting as the contact point and taking full ownership ensuring the case is processed quickly and accurately.

What do we offer?

We offer a wide range of Prime products and a competitive range of transfer and additional loan products for existing customers. We were the first lender to pay procuration fees for existing borrower transfers.
